Refund Policy

Last updated: 11 August 2026

The short version: you get back what has not been delivered. A session that has not taken place is refunded in full; for a month of work that is stopped part-way, the remaining part is refunded in proportion to the time left.

A single session

A month of work

If you decide to stop part-way through a paid month, the unused part is returned in proportion to the days remaining in that month, counted from the day you tell us you are stopping. Work already done is not refunded.

Fees paid directly to other specialists — tutors, subject teachers — are not part of this: they are settled with those specialists, not through us.

The 14-day right of withdrawal

Under Legea nr. 105/2003 and the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day it was concluded, without giving any reason.

Sessions usually start before those 14 days are up, and you are asked at checkout to confirm that you want the work to begin immediately. Where sessions have already been held at your request, the refund is reduced in proportion to what has been delivered — the rest is returned.

How to request a refund

Write to nikolaev.gd@gmail.com from the email address used for the order and say what you are asking to be refunded. No form and no explanation are required.

Requests are answered within 3 business days at the latest and processed within 5 business days. In any case the money is returned no later than 14 days from the day the request is received, as the law requires.

How the money comes back

Refunds are made through the payment provider, Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), to the same card that was used for the payment. How soon the amount appears on your statement depends on your issuing bank — usually a few business days.
