1. General provisions

This website and the mentoring service offered through it belong to A.I. Ghenadi Nicolaev, IDNO 1026023035183, registered at s. Congaz, str. Pionierii 5, Republic of Moldova.

The service consists of mentoring and coaching sessions held remotely by video call: work with a teenager, with their parents, or with an adult client, on studies, motivation, career direction and the parent's role. These are advisory sessions. They are not medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment, and they are not a guarantee of any particular examination result or university admission.

Placing an order and paying for a session constitutes acceptance of these Terms. They are drawn up in accordance with Legea nr. 284/2004 on electronic commerce and Legea nr. 105/2003 on consumer protection of the Republic of Moldova.

2. Who may order

Sessions are ordered and paid for by an adult — a parent or legal guardian when the work concerns a teenager, or the client themselves when the client is an adult. A person under 18 cannot conclude this contract independently.

Where the work concerns a teenager, the parent or guardian confirms that they consent to the sessions taking place and to the processing of the teenager's data as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with Legea nr. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data. What is collected, why, and who it is shared with are set out in the Privacy Policy.

4. Orders, prices and payment

Two formats are offered:

• A single session — 130 USD.
• A month of work — 1,250 EUR / 1,400 USD per month, for the duration of the project. This covers the mentor's own work; the specialists brought in during the project are paid separately and directly, as described on the main page.

The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the moment you place it. A.I. Ghenadi Nicolaev is not registered as a VAT payer in the Republic of Moldova, so no Moldovan VAT is added. Any tax that the payment provider is required to add in your own country is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is made by card on the secure page of the payment provider. Card details are not transmitted to us and are not stored by us.

Monthly work is not a subscription with automatic renewal: each month is paid for separately, and nothing is charged again unless you place a new order. If a recurring payment is ever set up for you, it can be cancelled at any time — write to us and we will stop it.

5. How the service is delivered

Sessions are held remotely by video call at a time agreed with you. Nothing physical is delivered. After payment we contact you at the email address given at checkout to agree the time of the first session.

A session lasts about an hour unless a different length is agreed. If you need to move a session, tell us as early as you can and we will find another time; a session can be rescheduled free of charge if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Before any work starts we always discuss your situation first. The work begins with a conversation, not with a payment.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day it is concluded, in accordance with Legea nr. 105/2003 and the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova.

Where sessions have already been held at your request within that period, the amount refunded is reduced in proportion to what has been delivered. Beyond the statutory period, we return the unused part of what you paid at any time on request. The full procedure is set out in the Refund Policy.

7. Complaints

Write to nikolaev.gd@gmail.com. We reply within 3 business days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with the way a complaint has been handled, you may contact the Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance Agency of the Republic of Moldova: consumator.gov.md, tel. 022 501 424.

8. Changes to these Terms

Any change is published on this page with the date of the update shown. The version in force for your order is the one published at the moment you placed it.
